Mr. Sapuan Amir, a former Deputy Director General of the Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA), is the Advisor to Quantum. Mr. Sapuan was one of the longest serving Directors of the Electrical & Electronics Industries Division in MIDA. Prior to that, he was Director of MIDA Tokyo Office for a long time. Mr. Sapuan, due to the wealth of his experience and extensive knowledge of the Electrical & Electronics Industries, is still highly regarded by government officials and multinationals in the Electrical & Electronics industry in Malaysia.
Mr. M Arrasu is the Principle Consultant and Executive Director of Quantum. Mr. Arrasu is a Business (accounting major) graduate from the United Kingdom. He also holds a Law degree from the University of London. Mr. Arrasu was formerly the head the Business Advisory Services of Deloitte KassimChan, the local member firm of Deloitte & Touche, the global "Big 4" professional firm. Mr. Arrasu is one of the most experienced consultants in the country in this area of business, having advised more then 200 multinational companies in Malaysia.
Ms. Chizuko Takenoyama is Director of Japanese Business Consulting in Quantum. Ms Chizuko holds a MBA from University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom and a first degree from Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo, Japan. Ms Chizuko specialises in advising Japanese companies in Malaysia and Japan on all aspects of conducting business in Malaysia. She has more than 15 years experience and is probably the most experienced Japanese consultant in assisting Japanese companies dealing with government related matters in Malaysia. Ms. Chizuko is in the midst of being qualified as a Company Secretary in Malaysia.
